Ad-hoc research:

Along with customizable regular research, we conduct ad hoc research projects at the request of our customers.

The scope of ad hoc research may extend beyond the markets listed in the Markets section.

Our experience in conducting commissioned research has demonstrated that our research methodology is universal and applicable not only to ICT markets — our core area of expertise — but also to other emerging markets, such as green energy, new materials, and non-ICT technologies.

We create quantitative model of an object of a research:

For each of the markets under study, a mathematical model has been developed that describes the market structure and the interrelations between its segments, as well as the quantitative relationships between the key market characteristics and the factors driving its development.

Our 4-step approach

Before the start of a research:

We help the client clearly formulate the expected results and define the scope of the study.

We prepare the terms of reference and align them with the client.

Based on the approved terms of reference and taking into account strict budget constraints, we prepare a commercial proposal.

Start of a research:

We do not use standard methodologies!
​
For each specific task, we develop a methodology optimally suited to solving it and agree it with the client.

All further work is carried out strictly in accordance with the approved methodology.

Research implementation:

We conduct desk research to identify key hypotheses and build a market model. We qualitatively and quantitatively define the main market development factors, its structure, the interrelations between its components, and its links with adjacent markets.

Based on the developed hypothesis and market model, we conduct field research to validate or adjust them and to refine the values of the key input parameters used in the market model.

Finalization:
Based on the collected data, we refine the market model, calculate forecasts under the main scenarios, and prepare reporting materials.

We deliver a final presentation.

We propose possible directions for further work.
